This utility allows you to connect your desktop with a Concentrico support professional.  It is safe to use, and you are in complete control - no one can connect to your machine, ever.  YOU have to connect THEM to your machine.  In addition, this utility is very small (less than 600Kb), and doesn't have to be installed.  You just download it, and run it.  Then select a support professional's name, and BAM!, they can see your desktop and help you out.
